This is my favorite chicken dish to make for our final
dinner with missionaries returning home.
It is easy to prepare and always tastes tender and delicious. I even prepare the chicken the night before
and bake it in the morning. Best of all,
all the ingredients can be found here in Chile!!!
Bacon
Wrapped Chicken
Season chicken tenders
with pepper and Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.
Wrap each chicken tender with a piece of bacon and place in a 9x13
baking dish. I can usually fit 15 pieces
of chicken in a pan.
In a bowl mix together 1
can of cream of mushroom soup with 2 cups whipping cream. Pour over the chicken and cover with aluminum
foil. Bake at 225 degrees for four
hours. Uncover and bake an additional 15
minutes at 350 degrees. This is a
perfect dish to prepare and bake during church.
Make some rice after church and you have a delicious dinner.
